Capital and Revenue Projects
Background Information
Feasibility is about seeing if a scheme is likely to work, and
if so, how. We always offer an initial meeting to discuss a
project, with no obligation on either side.
If you need to raise money for your project, funders will want
to know if you have tested your ideas.
When we know what you want to do, we find out who is likely to
support you within your community, which funding bodies would be
prepared to help, or what the potential is for partnerships with
other agencies.
We research thoroughly, consult carefully, work with and
understand many different communities, and are committed to
helping you take control of your ideas.
Our analysis is honest and paints a realistic picture of what
we believe can be done, and why we have come to those
conclusions.
We then present you with options for development (an Options
Appraisal) and move forward to business planning for your
project.
