September 2010 This month JQA will be undertaking community research in Cleckheaton for a proposed new development at St John's Church.

August 2010
JQA is beginning work on a strategic plan for developing part of St Andrew's Church, Gargrave, for new community activities.

July 2010
JQA is delighted to be starting development work with the Rotherham Diversity Festival Group to ensure sustainability and growth beyond 2011

June 2010
JQA is working on business planning for The Old Mill Centre near Richmond, North Yorkshire, which will provide creative and performing arts facilities alongside residential accommodation.

April 2010
Piers Jackson has been appointed as a Trustee of the charity Music in Detention, which works through music to give voice to immigration detainees and create channels of communication between them, immigration and detention staff, local communities and the wider public.

West Yorkshire Grants will be supporting a programme of educational work by Annapurna Indian Dance this year, and two more funders have come forward with financial assistance for the development of The Community Rooms at St John's, Clayton.

Jackson Quigg Associates (JQA) was set up in June 1995 by Directors Piers Jackson and Anne-Marie Quigg and has wide-ranging experience in community development, the arts, education, media, regeneration and training, working hands-on with clients in a collaborative process.

Our associates include accountants, acousticians, administrators, architects, artists, building economists, catering consultants, community development officers, education advisors, researchers, solicitors, theatre consultants and VAT specialists.

Both Directors are usually involved in project delivery and the company works as a team to deliver the range of skills necessary for successful completion of both long and short term contracts.

We provide effective solutions, advice and support for arts, community and education organisations, national and regional charities, statutory authorities and companies all over the country.

In 2010 Jackson Quigg Associates is approved by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, as we have been every year since application.
